Learn About Our Process

Phase 1 begins with you filling out the contact form on our website. Once we’ve received the form, our team will reach out to set up a free measure of your space. We take notes of what you are looking for and bring all this information back to the shop to begin the design process!

The design process is the fun part! Our designer will set up a presentation appointment to show you some options for your space and to showcase the different door styles, colours, and finishes. Following the presentation we encourage our clients to begin critiquing the designs and together we will create a beautiful, functioning space that is uniquely you!

Once we have a signed contract, our team will come to your home for a final measure. We will individually measure each cabinet. This helps us ensure that everything will be a perfect fit. From here, cabinet lead times are about 6-8 weeks. During this time we begin ordering everything else that your project requires, schedule a timeline with you, and coordinate with other trades that will be on the job.

This is when it all starts getting very real! Our installers will come out and begin to prep your space for install. This generally means tearing out and disposing of old cabinetry, and countertops however, each job is a little different! Once your space is ready our guys will begin installing!

Finally it is time for you to move back into your space and enjoy!
